Road to NH conversions don’t impress me much. There are only a couple of men in the race who have had the courage to consistently stand by their convictions and they aren’t in the “top tier”.

The standard model of veering right in the primaries then back to the center for the general did NOT include Ronald Reagan and it will not include Duncan Hunter.

GENERALLY candidates in the Republican Party swing to the right in the primaries, then swing to the left in the General Elections. The Opposite occurs in the Dem Primaries.
AFTER the election is anyone’s guess with a few exceptions.
Hunter is a rock soild conservative. Thompson is probably a Bush type “moderate”. Ditto for Romney and McCain.
ALL the Dems are libs but Hillary is far ahead of the pack in left-handedness and as committed to a Communist agenda as Hunter is to an American conservative one.

I hope so.
I heard that she got chewed up in debates when she ran for Senator last time in New York by her opponent, but it made no difference there. Like “KENNEDY” in Massachusetts, “CLINTON” in New York is equivalent to CAESAR in Ancient Rome, or CZAR in Russia. Hillary doesn;t like debate. She likes scripted interviews.
Even JulieAnnie would chew her up and spit her out.
Hopefully REAL America will see through this witch.
Did you see that idiot Obama standing up while the National Anthem was being played? He just stood there with his hands down. Even Hillary was smart enough to put her hand on her heart (or where a heart would be if she had one). (FOX News this morning.)

No. I think she has it pretty well sewn up.

Each and every true conservative should support Duncan Hunter NOW!
It’s still early.
Don’t complain about RINOs later, if you support them now.

And the American people are starving for such a candidate as Duncan Hunter to lead our country back to prosperity, sovereignty, freedom, family and decency, where people choke up with pride when the American flag goes by, and at the sound of our air force cadets doing maneuvers overhead. God bless America. God bless Duncan Hunter!!!

I have read that Fred would have solved that for McCain. He didn’t want a platform in ‘96 I think. No platform, no problem. I wonder if the Republicans will have a platform this year? Fred needs to settle in. What’s with all the “fear” silliness, it’s embarrassing. I would think abortionists would fear Huckabee or Hunter if they were going to be fearing a candidate. Why did he say that they feared him? For a few ancillary votes he made in the senate? He at least will give them 50 different elections on abortion.
Standing in front of national audience, looking like Carl from “Sling Blade”, and talking about people fearing him is going to turn voters off. He may be the eventual nominee so I wish he would chill with the smart-a$$ed and “ignorantly arrogant” commentary.

I had the pleasure of having dinner with Duncan Hunter
on Sept. 15th in DC after the GOE3 rally.
He was great to talk with and a truly decent guy.
I’m supporting him 100% for our next President.
