The Virginian And, tear gas, no 12 year old is responsible. He did not volunteer for this. Children are being used here. Words and ideas were put in his mouth by the adults around him. It's just as if his parents were Jihadis and strapped explosives around him. He may believe what his parents tell him and may even sing a song of martyrdom, but he's still a child and he's parroting the ideas of his parents.
