Yep again. There were crimes being committed in the area. The kid pulls in at 2am (for no reason). The cop asks a few questions and the kid acts as though he has something to hide.People cruise empty parking lots all the time looking for cars to break into.

Are you implying that a person can't pull into a parking lot without becoming suspicious?
