Turn signals and everything else is irrelevant. The LEO threatened to drum up charges and threatened to put this individual in jail when absolutely no crime was committed. End of story.

The cop is done, and he should be. He acted totally unprofessional, taking advantage of what he thought was just some typical young person without a clue.
