I watched this on Hannity and Colbs last night and Hannity said that tazer guy had behaved very badly and had jumped ahead of other speakers in line. So while tazering was a little too much the police did need to arrest him and get him out of there. Which is it?

IMO and in the opinion of the police department, he was out of control and needed to be tazered. I thought he should have been tazered before actually. You're not allowed to resist police officers.
