Why does Hollyweird think that their opinions are more important than anyone else's? Does Gidget have a PhD in foreign relations? Walk up there, take your little award, thank your agent and sit down, you old has-been!

The only snippet I caught of the Emmy's was Sally in a red dress preparing to open an envelope to announce award winner. That was it. . .so am guessing I missed a 'prequel' here; or a foot-note.
Funny, always liked Sally; and for that fleeting moment, was relieved she did not go 'political'; and I thought great, she is keeping her 'class' here. Apparently she did. Too bad. . .really, too bad.
Another one, gets the 'gong'. . .

Bravo, Fox entertainment for not being dragged into the political arena. The writer is mistaken. Field wasn't censored for the political content of her speech. She was censored for using the word "g-ddamn." That's it.

I believe two others were beeped out as well... of course, I only read about it.

One of my favorite actresses of all time. I had no idea she was so dense. This is really sad.

After they’ve breathed hollywood air for awhile, most seem to become assimilated. Only the strong successfully resist, and there sure aren’t many strong hollywoodies.

I saw the clip. She was almost incoherent at times. Sad.

She should have stopped when she was ahead. As soon as she started thinking after that long banter of sputter, she would have been ok. I have stood in front of people and said things that I wish I hadn’t but never like that. Usually it is something stupid about work that was wrong or did not explain something correctly.
