Interesting that Paul finds support in San Francisco.

What do you Paulistinians get out of posting 20 pro Ron Paul threads a day here a Conservative website like FreeRepublic?

Is that supposed to keep his "Surrender 08'" tour afloat?

Our successful events in the San Francisco Bay Area
You won't ever see that line coming from Fred Thompson's campaign.

It’s been an amazing few days to be a supporter of Ron Paul and freedom.

Our successful events in the San Francisco Bay Area

made yesterday far and away our most successful fundraising day in campaign history.

Well, here we go on another Paul bash. Two pages of crap before real discussion begins, in which the bashers are incapable of participating because their imaginations won't take them past one-liners.

Bashers = trolls, IMO

I do so love the FReepers (including the site host) who think that they are the real conservatives and that Ron Paul and his supporters are traitors. Nevermind that Paul is the only candidate who actually supports eliminating the Department of Education, IRS, income tax, and returning to a smaller government consistent with the Constitution. Go back a couple of decades, and pretty much all conservatives agreed with those things.

As for the drumbeat that those who are against the war in Iraq are somehow pacifist traitors (while these very same people opposed Clintonian war-mongering in Somalia and Bosnia), let me leave you with this rather interesting quote:

Naturally the common people don't want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. ...Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.
