The second tier candidates want to use Fred to elevate themselves , because up until now , they’ve only had Ron Paul to try that on .

I don’t expect him to. Not just because it would elevate Hunter, but because IMO it would be the undoing of Fred. So long as he sticks close with the top tier, he comes off as the lesser/better of the top tier ‘evils’.
