One of the Seattle newspapers, The Times, did run the photo and we saw it on every ((or most) local TV stations.
Soon after 911, middle eastern men were almost apprehended taking photos and acting suspicious on a different Seattle ferry run. They ran away from the dock in Kingston, leaving behind “their” car in the ferry line. It had no license plates (tip off that they were up to no good, duh), and turned out to be stolen.
I’m not happy about these ferry stories, as I ride those ferries and so do my loved ones.
PING~~!
This might suggest that every car going onto a ferry be scanned (there is software and hardware for that in use already), and compared to a constantly updated stolen car list, before every ferry leaves the dock.
If I ever ride a ferry, I will profile and photograph any sandmaggot-looking doofuses. If they don't like it, in public, tough noogies.
