I think it will turn out to be something like that. Gay organizers are typically very media-savvy, and would never put out anything this inflammatory. Their whole spin is to portray themselves as ordinary folks-next-door, and they know this sort of violent rhetoric is not going to win them any friends. This is either some miniscule fringe group - like you said, a couple of teenagers - or a spoof.
