A small town in Pennsylvania votes overwhelmingly to elect a mayor on a platform of cracking down on the damage illegal aliens are inflicting on the community.

The heroic mayor, Louis J. Barletta, fulfills his promise to his constituents by enacting an ordinance last summer prohibiting renting to those in the U.S. illegally.

A group of "activists" challenge the law in court.

And U.S. District Judge James Munley, an appointee of Bill Clinton, overturns the popular measure with a stroke of the pen.

That is what Barack Obama characterizes as "a victory of all Americans."

Hussein Barack Obama celebrated the power of the imperial judiciary over one small American town. It can't do anything to stop illegal immigration. That in his words, is "a victory of all Americans." What is that? Oh yes, in Obama's world, its really the rule of the elites, for the elites and by the elites. What the American people want be damned. I really don’t understand how the “court” can rule against local governments following the laws. It’s about time employers stepped up and didn’t hire these people. Without money, they would have to leave. And people who are injured by illegals (such as traffic accidents with uninsured illegals) should sue the government for failing to protect them. Enough is enough.

It is about time people didn’t hire people who hire these people. When the roofer shows up, who is his crew consited of? What about the landscaper? Construction guys? Why not send them away when they show up with a crew of illegals?
