I have been following the thread over there, and there are as many supporting him as attacking him for posting it on KOS.

Even if he is not arrested for doing something illegal. (he did put a sign on private property libeling BOR.) If BOR issues a restraining order it is not going to be pleasant for Stark. That does effect credit ratings. I would think BOR could get him for defamation of character with the sign.
