I noticed the same thing about a month ago, too, on the story about Rep. Jim McDermott losing the final round in his court case. Leibowitz's Canticle had the story two full hours before AP, legitimate breaking news, but FR bounced it to the gossip columns.
Oh, well. Their rules.
This story posted to FR as news on Leibowitz's Canticle six and one-half hours before the next two posts, citing Hot Air and Drudge, which came in at just about the same time.
Fox News was two hours after that.
