Another possible amendment, he said, would prohibit employers from participating in a new temporary worker program if they repeatedly break the law by hiring illegal workers.

Read: This is so much bull sh** because we will NEVER enforce anything anyway, so what's the problem with making false "threats to enforce tough measures." Ha ha ha!

After the Z visas are approved, there will be no one to arrest.

Illegal aliens will be under Z visa Amnesty, and employers will have 15 million legal Z visa employees.

Also note to Strata and Graham that "immigrants" can't overstay or enter illegally, since they have immigrant visas. They are supposed to be here.
