Since this thread is about Mexican Nationals I will choose to address the Mexican side, however I will say that not all illegals are mexicans, just many are.
Okay, so you think that the reason people came over here from mexico and Ireland during the potato famine are the same. Please explain why large groups of these people gather in massive groups revolt and bear no loyalty to the US, those that do only give it as a token one. The Irish when the Civil War began VOLUNTEERED by the millions into the union army, many were cut down by fire from their fellow americans but in the end they all fought for eachother. These Mexican Nationals are not here to fight for america, they are here for themselves and themselves only. Illegals that join the armed forces are given amnesty that’s the only time it’s acceptable. In my opinion if an illegal is not willing to fight for the preservation of the Consitution and the Republic which it protects, then they are just Bravo Sierraing.
My analysis differs simply because Mexico is not poor it’s a simple fact that there is a very cruel and well entrenched aristocracy within Mexico. This is Mexico’s fault not our own, this must be FIXED by Mexico, not by sending Mexico money to be pocketed. Unless you are a member of the Mexican Elite you can’t get ahead, this is wrong but guess what that’s the job of Mexico to fix.
Sending money back to Mexico to be taxed by to aristocracy is not going to help the overall situtation. All your doing is importing the problem. There is no famine in Mexico, just a government that needs to be overthrown and a population being shipped out to delay it.
And that's the way it will be unless we close the borders. The Irish were not about to hop on a death ship and run back home.
