Everyone is getting around the laws we have now. Not so much because the goberment wants them to but just because they will find a way around any law that prohibits them from lapping up the money....and we are not talking about just Mexicans or some Ivory tower CEOs...it’s everyone on the borders including Americans who are making mega bucks off these people. We can’t arrest the whole state of Arizona or New Mexico or Texas. If you try to put up a fence without making a deal with them they will sabotage it.
