Here's an interesting little tidbit from the WAcko Terms of Service:

We at this community also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Now, I fully understand that if something is asked for by subpoena in a criminal or civil suit that it must be turned over. But what is their basis for turning over private information based on a "complaint"? I wonder how many WAckos who signed up just to anti-FReep are aware that the moderators have basically stated that they will turn over all of your information anytime they want to whomever they want, all they have to do is fabricate a "complaint."
