(Obama) Liar, Liar

Barack Obama voted against the war spending bill, yet he desperately tried to defend his anti-American vote afterwards. I have some personal experience with Obama. As a favor to a Democratic committeeman, and certainly before I knew anything about Barack, I agreed to help protect him at two Senatorial campaign events in 2004, before I became Alan Keyes personal bodyguard. I eventually told the committeeman that I could not do anything more for him regarding Obama after I researched Obama’s abysmal Illinois voting record (see below).

In response to one conservative questioner who asked Obama “How do you feel about abortion?”, Obama said “I read my Bible every day and I oppose abortion.” When a local Democrat asked the same question, he replied “I believe in a woman’s right to choose.” Hey, what’s wrong with this picture? This same pattern of shameless pandering repeated itself over and over those two nights. It made me want to look up his voting record, for as Zell Miller said at the Republican National Convention, September 1st, 2004, “Campaign talk tells people who you want them to think you are, how you vote tells people who you really are deep inside.” Senator Obama said Friday "Let's put aside the fear mongering, and let's put aside the rhetoric, and let's put aside the politics, and let's come together and say all of us support the troops. That's our message to George Bush.” It’s all about hating Bush, not about supporting our troops.

That’s what it’s really all about, isn’t it, making President Bush look bad? How can you “support the troops” and yet vote against funding for the equipment they need to stay alive and win the war? If I say that I’m your friend yet I take you to court, I am not your friend. Such is the case with this chameleon. In my opinion, Obama is a shameless liar and is even worse than Hillary, since Hillary at least is somewhat up front with her opinions, while OScama will do and say anything that will get him elected president. What our troops deserve is whatever they need to accomplish the mission and stay alive, not a vote that compromises the missions and their very lives. They all have mothers. Obama has apparently forgotten this. Do you want such an apparently unprincipled man for your president?

Obama’s Illinois voting record:

Consider what Democratic Senator Zell Miller said at the Republican national convention in 2004: “Campaign talk tells people who you want them to think you are, how you vote tells people who you really are deep inside.”

Obama is Pro-Abortion Obama supports abortion on demand through all nine months of pregnancy. As an Illinois senator he failed to support the ban on live-birth abortions [SB’s 1661, 1662, 1663], and he also failed to support bans on partial-birth abortions [HB 382]. He also voted against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act which says that is a baby survives an abortion, as some actually do, then life-saving medical care must be provided for the infant.

Obama Supports Gay Marriage Obama said “I will oppose any proposal to amend the Constitution to ban gays and lesbians from marrying.” (Windy City Times, 4/02/04)

Obama is against Traditional Values – Obama is Pro-Gay Obama CO-SPONSORED a bill to make Sexual Orientation, homosexuality, trans-genderism, bisexuality and trans-vestiteism, etc., a protected class, like race. [SB 0101] (Obama made early reservations to be seen in the 2004 Chicago Gay-Pride parade.)

Obama voted AGAINST protecting CHILDREN from Internet Porn The Internet filter amendment was attached to bill, HB 1812. This vote was for an amendment requiring schools to block children’s access to illegal porn as defined by state law: child porn, obscenity and harmful materials. It passed in the Senate (with Obama voting “NO”) and went onto the House where it failed.

Obama is against Second Amendment Gun Freedoms Obama is an anti-gun extremist – a ‘gun grabber’ who even oppose in Illinois legal protections for law abiding citizens who defend their homes and families from an illegal intruder armed with a firearm. [SB 2165]

Obama is against Tax Relief for Middle Income Homes Obama believes that federal taxes should be returned to their higher levels. (Rockford Register Star, 2/29/04)

Obama is for Human Cloning Obama voted against a bill to prohibit human cloning. [SB 649]

Obama is Anti-Choice on Education Obama opposes school choice, home-schooling, and even opposed the tuition tax credit for public and private school families. [SB 1075] —Many Christian or Faith-based schools would be excluded—

Obama’s voting record is worth serious consideration. Most people who meet Obama find him personable enough – well spoken, well dressed, he carries himself well and is polite, etc. He may go to church, but so did Clinton. Obama has joined the Church of Christ; the version that has ordained gay priests. He may be well educated, but so was Clarence Thomas. He may even have a beautiful family, but so do many less than honorable men. Appearances can be deceiving. The Obama items listed above are verifiable, they're not lies. His voting and bill sponsorship records are a matter of historical and public record – they are his ACTIONS. We elect politicians to vote for us in our best interests, not for their own agenda. Obama’s 'actions' spring out of his core beliefs. That's the difference. The quotes he said were published, verified, and came from his heart, as the Bible says our words do. These items are facts. They reveal who he really is.

Obama may look the part, but it's a deception, an illusion. The above items spell out what Obama wants ~ Is this what you want?

Daniel 4:17 says ”This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.” [KJV]

Since 2004, Obama has built a lengthy track record, which includes votes against the Marriage Protection Amendment, the Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act, and the confirmation of U.S. Supreme Court nominees Samuel Alito and John Roberts. Obama also voted for: the Embryonic Stem Cell Research Act and the Lautenberg Sex Ed Amendment (which promotes condoms and undermines abstinence-until-marriage curricula). The Family Research Council uncovered some good information. When they contacted Obama to urge his support on the federal marriage amendment, he wrote a letter back stating, "I agree marriage should be defined as the union between one man and one woman, as it is under Illinois state law.

However, while I oppose gay marriage, I am not convinced it is necessary to take the extraordinary step of amending the United States Constitution to prevent it." He concedes that the marriage debate is "important to many Illinoisans," yet FRC uncovered a letter Obama sent to Chicago's homosexual activists in 2004 stating,

"I opposed the Defense of Marriage Act in 1996. It should be repealed... When Congress passed DOMA, they were not interested in strengthening family values... [but] perpetuating division."

Obama's assigned role from his puppet master George Soros is to suck the oxygen out of every alternative to Hillary so that the Queen can be assured a smooth coronation.

He will fold like a cheap tent once it is too late for any alternative. All the enemedia has to do is start asking him the hard questions which they refuse to ask him now.

Before he ran for Senate, Obama was on the board of The Joyce Foundation, which funds anti-2nd Amendment academics, among other “progressive” projects.

I like your hypothesis, but how does Silky Pony fit into your equation? Considering that her campaign has been the most politically tone-deaf comedy of errors in memory, doesn’t edwards stand to benefit from osama obama’s intervention?

Good point. And with the silk pony's surge in Iowa, I'd have to guess that he is Plan B in case Osama Obama's campaign collapses prematurely. To your average adolescent Democrat voter, Obama's two years as a freshman senator qualifies him to run for president. The fact that he represents one of the most left-wing states in the nation bothers them not one iota.

But if he stumbles, the older adolescents may prefer an alternative who has actually served a full term and has a sucessful track record of deceiving swing voters in a relatively conservative state. Soros may not even mind so long as the silk pony adheres to his agenda. Heck, such a situation might even save him money since the silk pony is rich enough to finance much of the campaign with his trial lawyer buddies.

The Clinton machine, however, will not stand still for such a scenario.
