However I don't think we can actually execute people for having the wrong opinion without getting the State involved, and getting the state involved would violate the first amendment.

Free speech for those who use it truthfully and honestly but lies and distortions and deceptions shouldn't be protected from the will of the people. And, let's face it, without lies and distortions and deceptions, there isn't any conservatism.

I swear they don't even have half a brain between all of them. If their ideas are so great, so truthful, so inherently good for the country why wouldn't they WANT to put both sets of ideas on the table? If their world view is so much better it should be obvious to everyone. They're such chickens. How can they possibly hope to be in charge if they're afraid of ideas they don't agree with being discussed in the public square? Who wants to be led by people who can't win unless they silence those who disagree? I swear that thread is a character study in cognitive dissonance.

OK,but explain this...how are you going to "knock them off the air" without getting the state involved? We've already seen how successful your "boycotts" are. As long as their advertisers are making money they'll continue to support said hosts. Seriously, how would they accomplish this without some kind of law? And we're the ones accused of burning books. You can't buy this kind of stupid.

Ok. I will continue to say this from now on. There is still a large Communist sect within this country and the DUmmies have just demonstrated that their goal is not to live in a country beholden to the United States Constitution, but to find loopholes in the Constitution in order to gain full, uncontested control. Even if it means using the Government to enact laws that silence dissention of their views, proving once again that WE are ruining their plans for a Socialist, Communist United States. And I give a big round of applause to all those out there who continue to work hard to ruin their plans.

I have yet to ever hear Rush or Beck or Hannity demand that leftists be ‘frog marched to the gallows’.. if the DUmbasses want to find true hate speech, they should read their own words.

The problem is that they are trying to define rules by which WE will be forced to live by, but they will be given a free pass.
