Giuliani (sp?) was asked about guns, gays, and abortion. Weak on guns, weak on civil unions, and decidedly pro-choice.

His argument paraphrased: "I'm personally against it, but the woman gets to choose."

Ante-bellum South and some Mayor talking to his friend: "You see, I'm personally against slavery, but each city should get to make it's own decision....."

However, whoever it is they'll still give me more of a chance at better judges than would a Democrat president

I'd guess Giuliani and/or another Democrat would nominate far more liberal judges in eight years than Hillary would in four. Scalia might stay on another four years but not another eight years.
