That is true. He's best buddies with McLame, and he endorsed him in 200, so it is not a surprise he supported the legislation. But Bush signed it, so there is enough venom to go around. That said, that is not a deal breaker for me. He seems to be a solid conservatives on most issues. I certainly like him more than most of the other candidates so far.
