His wife started it by sayng "My husband has only one wife". I wanted to puke when she said that. Seems she's a bit insecure in her marriage and needs convincing if she has to brag about it.

But the same people expect us to jump lockstep into support of Giuliani. Hypocritical, isn't it?

Oh no! You just used someones history against themselves! You will now be called a liar for posting the truth, and a liberal for supporting a conservative!

Good point. How dare they highlight their wonderful marriage--as opposed to Rudy's 'train wreck'!

Listen Romney paid College students from all over to come and cheerlead him. No other candidate was that desperate to do it. Even Duncan Hunter who is much lower in the polls than Romney knew he would do well without paying for a cheerleading squad bussed in. And he did on his own merits.

I don't remember asking anyone to "walk lock step" with anyone. I've only advocated fairness and pragmatism in my defense(s) of Giuliani in these posts.
It's the Cultural Right that always seems to demand lock-step ideological and moral purity.
Pot and kettle, indeed....

Exactly! They always seem to leave out some truth.
Romney, this 'righteous' man using a slam about Rudy's relationship w/his son. Everyone knows you don't mess w/someone's children - unless you want to give 'a low' blow. Romney just outed his 'real' self, IMO. I didn't know much about him before this - but now I do. Thanks for the post - it saved me some valuable time.
To: stockstrader
Oh puleeze. Rudy is about on par with millions of people in this country when it comes to marriage. This holier than thou attitude when it comes to marriage went out in the 1800's.

Isn't it wonderful to see so-called conservatives MAKING FUN and ridiculing a successful and happy marriage--in a attempt to defend a 'train wreck'??
You can't make this stuff up!!!!...lol

You are welcome. Romney needs to talk about issues not about Rudy's son. This is scraping the bottom.

The Giuliani supporters have harped on this from the beginning, that if their man is the nominee that we have to support him or we will be at fault for a President Hillary. Yet Rudy himself endorsed Mario Cuomo when he ran for Governor against George Pataki. Where was HIS loyalty to the GOP?

Yep,,,that's what I call PROGESS. Dumb down marriage to the 'lowest common denominator'. Just think how much MORE Rudy will accelerate that modern, PROGRESSIVE thinking of yours!!
Yep, you and Rudy deserve each other!!..lol

The fact that Rudy funds and supports Democrats but Romney has not attacked him for it means Rudy wins a point?
Good thing Rudy has so many classmates supporting him for Homecoming king.

Oh really? I wonder how successful it really is? People who have to talk about other people's marriage usually have something to hide in theirs that they don't want to talk about.

demand lock-step ideological and moral purity.
Exactly. What they 'demand' from one - they don't possess themselves as is evident by their posts. And that includes Romney with his low blow.
I've only advocated fairness and pragmatism in my defense(s) of Giuliani in these posts.
Thanks for your post - you, also, explained my position perfectly.
