Yep. I had a similar experience PJ.
We spent thousands on attorney fees and then her records were burned in a fire at an INS storage location in Newark, NJ. Had to start all over again.
Later at Newark again, we came prepared with the wedding album and lots of other photos but the agent didn't even bother.
She became a citizen a few years later and we had a big red, white and blue party for her.
When you go through the legal immigration process it makes the possibility of amnesty all the more outrageous.
We have to get this resolved NOW! My wife is really REALLY upset about this and now I am as witness my dizzy attack the other night.
Of course, if anyone out there is from Mel Martinez's office, I could use his help too. This case is a NO BRAINER. They want to know if we are really married. Gee, I've only been posting about this for months plus I did a two part humorous podcast about what it was like getting married over a year ago. But because a pic in a photo album offends some bureaucrat, the green card case is put on hold seemingly forever.
