This is Faisal Khetani… Allow me to state that you are using the wrong resources to “turn me in”. Since you did not contact me, let me enlighten you on a few things:

1) A “Home Occupancy Permit” is required for actual physical businesses that are serving customers who actually come to the location. I run an internet business, there is no physical location. My home address is only a mailing address.

2) My business simply markets the products and handles customer inquiries. I have manufacturers who ship my products directly to my customer. This model is called “dropshipping”. Look it up, maybe you’ll get a few idea on monetizing your efforts a little better.

3) Bargain Suppliers is a “DBA”, or “Doing Business As” entity filed with the state of Wisconsin, not with the city of West Allis. Feel free to “turn me in” to the State of Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions where I’m fully registered. I need no license or permit in West Allis because I do not conduct business in West Allis. Online retailers are much different, you should wisen up.

4) I own and operate a network of niche content websites that serve very basic information on a variety of topics, aimed for collecting advertising revenue and nothing else. It is my prerogative as to whether I want to maintain these sites or not.

4) Please feel free to contact the FBI and the CIA, and while you’re at, let them know that they can find me at the two local mosques in the City of Milwaukee.

You are simply an ill-informed individual who’s chasing a fictitious plot by utilizing the wrong resources.
