I hope this doesn't surprise anybody at this point. From Dan Rather's Memo Gate, to the leftists recently claiming a woman was sentenced to 30 years in Ecuador for having an abortion. (When in reality, she got 30 years for strangling her newborn).

As long as the far left believes the claim is "true in spirit" they could care less if it is true in fact. After all Truth is simply that which supports the revolution comrades.
