I don't think he was a 'sockpuppet' in the classic sense of the word. He wasn't posting from mulitple screen names, but he was definitely a poser. PJ-Comix can share all the details if he wants to, I didn't know the guy well.

I just recall during the Scamdy episode speed_addiction posted that he had gotten a call from Andy and proceeded to make up a bunch of malarkey to insert himself into the story, I guess.

I called B.S. about it in the thread at the time, but this was before he (speed) was outed as a fake, so everyone believed him about the Andy phone call.
