It sounds like Siekman has a good basis for suing Monkeyman. After all, Monkeyman accused him of delaying the funeral of his fictitious wife.
If this guy is indeed a homeless vet in need of counseling, I doubt Siedmann would want to touch this with a 10' pole. I know I wouldn't want to if I were in politics.
