The chickens (or yard birds) are finally coming home to roost, if the NYTimes publishes a hard hitting article like this today. "Duke Accuser Contradicts Herself in Interview"

The NYT has been mute on this lately since the case was falling apart.

Well Done, Mr. Gaynor!!!

In 2007, instead of the Three, it is the 88 who will worry.

As it should be. They declared "guilty until proven innocent". They even gave newer "meanings" of the term and spread those meanings to include matters which were not relevant but were only relevant to those whose total life's purpose is to maintain and perpetrate sexism and racism as a means of employment.

This was no civil rights protest the 88 were waging. There was nothing civil, fair, or honorable about it.

"88" is a code used by Nazi skinheads. Seems Duke has their own Nazis. Was their choice of 88 signatures a Freudian slip?

A memorial with the names of the Duke 88 should be erected in the center of the McClendon Commons to serve as both a reminder that these faculty members failed to demostrate the most basic premise of our judicial system, innocent until proven guilty.
