The reason I don't spend time worrying about it is because there is no answer to end world wide drunk driving and you sir are a complete idiot if you think smart@ss egotistical law enforcement officers harrassing a 19 year old kid and threatening to make up a reason for his arrest is going to end this world wide problem you perceive.
