Assuming you just not full of crap, go join the volunteer Sheriffs posse in your area for six months and come back with your opinion then. You'll get some bloody perspective.
It's like me saying - you must be one of those baby killing, bloodthirsty, sicko Jarheads that like to rape young girls (and hey it's 2007 - boys too!). You know those Marines - a bunch of homo freaks - I hate'em all.
The only difference is, if you did say "sicko jarhead, rapist, etc." you'd be repeating MSM spin. On the other hand MY many bad experiences with the pigs are real and firsthand, NOT repeated BS from the media or anybody else.
If I did join the sheriffs for a while, I might come away saying, "Wow, the average citizen can be a dick more often than I thought," which would not begin to excuse for even one billionth of a second the pigs threatening to arrest me for arming myself to protect my property from a dangerous, armed, and violent repeat felon. Nor would it begin to excuse for even a billionth of a second all the other bs they've put me through before.
I do NOT have a right to treat Cop A like shit, because Cop B was disrecpectful toward me last month. Similarly, Cop C has no right to treat me with disrespect because Citizen X did so to him last week.
