This author failed basic endocrinology. While peri-natal testosterone is masculinizing, estrogen is not. In fact, peri-natal estrogen in sufficient doses can be masculinizing (Whalen, et al. about 1966). And while adult administration estrogen to normal males can result in some "feminization of the breasts (gynecomastia), the amount of estrogen required is rather massive. Adult administration of estrogen to normal, male adults does not alter behavior.
