You're citing Mercola as a reliable source? He's just another internet charlatan out to make a fast buck from people who use the internet as a substitute for knowledge of science and nutrition. He's been cited several times by the FDA for making claims about products he's selling that have no basis in fact.

Mercola is no better at providing factual information based on sound science than the rest of your links. All this nonsense about soy is nothing more than alarmist propagated by the toxic terrorists who are either misguided scientists or charlatans trying to make a quick buck -- or both.
