Fact Cooking two turkeys of about the same weight does not double the roasting time. In fact, cooking two takes no longer than if there were only one bird in the oven.

Darn it, you spoiled my fun. I was gonna tell him that if it said 375 at 3 hours, he would need to set it at 750 for six hours - or 1500 if he wanted to shorten it to 3 hours again...
