The 4-year-old victim's parents, Francisco and his wife, Liliana Gonzalez, are being sought for his murder. Both parents who were born in Mexico are believed to be living illegally in the United States under fake names. On July 2, 2002, a state arrest warrant was issued by the state of Aguascalientes, Mexico, after charging Francisco Javier Lopez Gonzalez and Liliana Lucero Mercado Gonzalez with felonious homicide
