Stand Proud, Rick Perry. You're one of the few real Republicans

Proud to be a Texan Republican

In an time where federal Republicans don't seem to remember the party's values, it makes me proud to know that Rick Perry and the Texas GOP stand loyal to them. Texas Republicans still believe that wasteful and excessive spending should be dramatically cut down. Texas Republicans still stand tough against illegal immigration and understand the need to preserve the American way of life. Texas Republicans still hold conservative values dear, yet they oppose excessive government encroachment in folks' private lifes. And, above all, Texas Republicans still believe in the power of the individual, in the conviction that anyone -with freedom and travail- can achieve what others think is unachievable. Because of the aforementioned reasons, without hesitating, I enthusiastically support Rick Perry's reelection as Governor of the Great State of Texas. Stand proud, Rick. You've earned it.

3.9/10 Not much confidence for the next 4 years. IMO, the TTC was a big issue in Perry's low numbers. He might want to listen to the majority of Texans.

That is shoddy political analysis.

I guess it had nothing to do with the crowded field.

I'm for the TTC, big time, and the next time i'm sitting in traffic, I'll think of you.

Put the TTC to a special election and We'll see what kind of public support is there.


Perry's vision is environmentally and culturally destructive to Texas and a beginning of the end for the sovereignty of the Republic. When I'm looking at my canoe sitting idealy in my garage due to the severe lack of available water, I'll be thinking of Perry and YOU.
