Note: Elias James Corey (Chemistry 1990), Peter Brian Medawar (Medicine 1960) and Ferid Mourad (Medicine 1998) are Nobel Prize winners but are Arab-Christians, not Muslims.

Thanks for posting. The Nobel has become something of sick joke in recent years, so it's difficult to tell whether Yunus' prize was just another "lipstick on a pig" effort by the Nobel Committee.

If the Islamists disapprove, that is a positive endorsement indeed.
