Already voted - polls opened out here, gosh, a week ago?

But rather than use these scare tactics, how about just saying 'Gosh, we could really use every Republican out there, voting as a block, to push back the liberals.'

Because, had I not voted a week ago, I would be very tempted to flip the bird towards folks like yourself and not bother. Republicans have had the house for what, 12 years? Every year I watch more rights be torn away from the family and the community. Gay marriages? Massachusetts has it, yet Republicans held both branches.

It strikes me that conservatives have been losing elections for a very, very long time. We just get to determine by how much we lose by looking for the little D and R's.

Well you can mock it all you want, much like your media brethren do, but the author is spot on. This IS their agenda, and your attempt to marginalize those who warn against it simply plays right to their agenda.

The Democrat Party is not appealing at all to anyone who actually hears what they stand for unless they get direct financial benefits from them.

Government employment, welfare, benefit and some political power.

Historically the party in power loses far more seats that is even in play this year, which in fact shows the Republican party is more than healthy.

I think we should all call our conservative friends to make sure they are hyped up about getting to vote and we'll bury the Democrats.

Last thing to do is to ever not vote or vote for some loser third party, in that case those folks should just tattoo I'm a Big Democrat on their butts.

Would love to see that.

We have a wonderful bunch of FREEPERS who care deeply and do active things energetically toward Constitutional principles. I'm skeptical it will turn out to be enough unless we motivate more moderates in behalf of our values and cause.
