I can make flash (flv) movies from most sources.

I had to make sure that it wasn't an animated gif prior to posting. I use Firefox but have so much extra stuff [ ad blockers, and script protection] that I usually only get text back or x's

If you are just making a gif, I can make that in Paint Shop Pro's Animation Shop. I do not have Flash though.
