I would say that MI does lean democrat, but I'm not sure how her issues are playing right now, in this environment. She's barely mentioned immigration, WOT, security issues.

Problem is that people know who she is, and don't really know Bouchard. But people are losing their jobs here when the rest of the nation's economy is growing. But the Tigers are doing great! It's hard to say what people are going to do when they are alone in that voting booth.

I think you are right. The fact that Granholm is struggling even more than Stabenow could tilt things to the GOP.
