When somebody has this type of sexual proclivity or a penchant for homosexuality, it didn't suddenly manifest itself when he became a freaking congressman.
How in the hell did this not come to light prior? Where the hell is the vetting process here?
Only those down in that district might be able to answer that question. We've got to stop accepting this as normal behavior.
