My understanding is that Venezuela sold out it's share of CITGO. Am I correct in this?
No. CITGO announced that is going to stop selling gasoline in much of the Midwest to concentrate on the East and West coasts, so CITGO is leaving some states, but it is still wholly-owned by the government of Venezuela.
