Air America's listeners are...wealthy, white, middle-aged, and overwhelmingly male. According to a survey conducted earlier this year by the Media Audit, 91 percent of the station's audience is Caucasian, while 83 percent is male. Roughly 70 percent of Air America's listeners are at least 45 years old, and 60 percent have household incomes of greater than $75,000.

I read the AAR demographics in your post to my wife and she nearly died laughing. She laughed some more when I pointed out that the demo seems to fit two main groups: Tenured college professors and gay guys.

If I were gay I'd listen to Garofalo and Rhodes for reinforcement of my sexual preference...
