Israel Says No To UN

Predictably, the United Nations has begun its appeasement of Hezbollah by asking Israel to lift its blockade of Lebanese sea and Air ports. This is an affront to the Israelis as the United Nations has not implemented all the elements of the cease fire agreement and no attempts have been made to disarm Hezbollah. If the United Nations had its way, Israel would open the door to a flood of weapons to rearm Hezbollah terrorists and seal their own fate in the process.

This is a classic example of the diplomacy that has characterized the United Nations and demonstrates why it is not a viable world body. Along with having state supporters of terrorism on its Security and Human Rights councils, they have a long history of anti-Israeli inclinations in their policy making. Kofi Annan was in all his glory, as was Secretary Rice as they brokered a cease fire under UN resolution 1701. This, like all UN resolutions is

Israel will have to go in and disarm the Hezzbos on their own. There's no doubt in my mind. They should really take them out as they parade around the streets with their yellow crappy looking flags.....

Kofi Annus has no intention of doing so, either. If he even told UNIFIL to try, they'd be short 2,000 Frenchmen from their ranks the next morning.

Who will follow? It boggles the mind to think of the possibilities; how about a Syrian or Paistani!

That is why Ohlmert is under fire, for not fighting in classic Israeli fashion and taking them out.

No, the French are going to be there to insure that their under the table dealwith Iran to keep tabs on Israel is kept in place. French general, french troops, it is so obvious yet nobody sees it. Remember Chiraq's role in the Oil for food scandal? This will be Oil for spying on Israel.

First you get Israel to stop based upon a new UN resolution which calls for disarming the Terrorists and bringing in 30,000 peacekeepers. Now after no one is stepping up to disarm the terrorists or stop the arms flow to the terrorists and France and others are walking away from the peacekeeping commitments, it's time to see if the Israelis can be fooled and cajoled to giving up even more. Israel should have flatten and defoliated Southern Lebanon from the border to the Luftani (sp) River, then bombed anything that moves. The UN cannot be trusted.

The UN is only in it for the deals they can make.
