Key word being international, this is a master plan with a blank form for a homeowners association, city, county, township, state or any governing body really. This thing almost makes emminent domain look good. With emminent domain, you get the price of your home, or at least they say you do. With this thing you get nothing.
I just started to look through this thing so I don't know all what it's about yet, but so far, wow!
Read section 106.3. It says that if you fail to comply with a notice of violation or order served in accordance with section 107, you shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and the violation shall be deemed a strict liability offense.
It goes on to say that if the "notice is not complied with, the code official will institute the appropriate proceeding at law or in equity to restrain, correct or abate such violation, or to require the removal or termination of the unlawful occupancy of the structure in violation of the provisions of this code or of the order or direction made pursuant to thereto. Any action taken by the authority having jurisdiction on such premises shall be charged against the real estate upon which the structure is located and shall be lien upon such real estate."
Section 106.4 "Any person who shall violate a provision of this code, or fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be prosecuted within the limits of state and local laws. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense."
Section 106.5 is on abatement of violation.
102.6 basically says that Historic buildings need not bind themselves to the listed provisions. The pesky homeowner is the one who needs this.
This is crazy stuff. I am willing to bet that ordinances have been passed in places throughout the country, and this filthy piece of garbage was used. This thing needs to be stopped.
It all makes sense to me. As we lose our southern and northern border, allow the onslaught of criminal aliens, enter into the un-constitutional SPP, eventually the FTAA, and ultimately the pereverse dream of global harmony/world order,(yeah yeah yeah I'm a tin foil hat wearer) we will need new codes which will span all of these areas and the regions within it. Looking at the website map, it seems like they are merging all the codes together. http://www.iccsafe.org/government/adoption.html
I was unable to attach the adobe file, but just google "International Property Maintenance Code".

The only place I heard about this was on Derry Brownfield. Not good.
About ICC: Introduction to the ICC
The International Code Council, a membership association dedicated to building safety and fire prevention, develops the codes used to construct residential and commercial buildings, including homes and schools. Most U.S. cities, counties and states that adopt codes choose the International Codes developed by the International Code Council.
You know, you would think they'd try and remove all the firearms first.
I do not think a national HOA would be possible, nor that a whole different set of rules can be legislated upon existing HOAs. Somebody's tinfoil is a mite tight.
Very true, but some of the HOA's are starting to model their structure on the IMC.
The site deals with building and fire codes. I did type in "gun" for fun, and got directed to a bulletin board whose posters sound like they came from FR's Liberty Caucus.
For example, Charleston, Ill has adopted the IPMC.

Enjoy!!
You know a surefire way not to be affected by a homeowner's association?
I'll give you three guesses.
Beautiful.
Let's all sing the Internationale.

Hideously evil . . . as all globalist actions are.
