Come to the National Vets for the Truth Boot Murtha Rally at the Cambria County War Memorial Arena Sunday, Oct. 1st 2 pm in Johnstown, PA. Rep. John Murtha, ABC News, Nov. 21, 2005: "The soldiers can't speak for themselves. We sent them to war and, by God, we're the ones that have to speak out. "John Murtha says our soldiers can't speak for themselves???Iraq War veteran Craig Minnick can speak for himself --But Murtha refuses to listen to him even though Minnick is a resident of Murtha's own hometown Johnstown, PA! Here's how Murtha 'speaks for' our troops: he accuses them ahead of investigation, charges, or trial by saying they, "killed innocent civilians in cold blood." Then he lies about his source, Gen. Michael Hagee. Iraq War vets want to speak to Murtha, but Murtha refuses to listen. Murtha would rather listen to Code Pink. Code Pink members raised over $600,000 for the Iraq insurgency. They even harass wounded American soldiers and their families at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington, DC shades of Hanoi Jane Fonda. Minnick and his fellow veterans want to be heard. They want to speak for themselves. That's why Minnick and other vets from Murtha's own district have taken the bold step of organizing a Boot Murtha Rally in his hometown of Johnstown. They extended an invitation to Captain Larry Bailey, President of Vets for the Truth (VFTT), to help -- an invitation Bailey gladly accepted. Bailey is a decorated Vietnam War veteran, a retired Navy SEAL, and former commanding officer of the school where all Navy SEALS undergo basic and advanced training. He was President of Vietnam Vets for the Truth, and organizer of the 2004 Kerry Lied Rally held on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, and of the highly successful 2004 Operation Street Corner campaign against John Kerry. Do YOU want to be heard? Then come to the rally! Join Larry Bailey and Craig Minnick in saying: "Hey, Murtha CAN YOU HEAR US NOW?"

Thanks, Zakker. We appreciate you helping us plug the rally, and I hope others follow your lead in attending. Semper Fi!
I haven't seen you around since, but we could really use your help promoting and coordinating this critical event.
