It ain't just Michigan! These reports of cell phone purchases (as well as cordless hair dryers) are coming in from all over the country.

Two I can think of off hand, Fermi 2, and at least one off on Lake Michigan.

Yes, Fermi Plant in Monroe County on Lake Erie. Davis-Besse is in Ohio and also on Lake Erie, but I'm not sure if it's currently operational.
