Wow, talk about being out of touch! Where has he been for the last 30 years, living in a cave somewhere? The MSM has been anti-Israel, pro-Arab for as long as I can remember, and I'll turn 69 this week unless I croak before Thursday.

We haven't discussed it in depth, although I echoed what you said, in more specific and rougher terms. I think he reasoned (first mistake w/the DBM)that Israel was attacked first and was in the right to defend herself and that would be obvious to everyone.

There are old journos who are just so sure they are on the side of the angels, they cannot see what has happened to their profession. IMO, at least. Maybe it's just massive denial.
