In some circumstances,yes.But tell me how the damage in *this* particular situation will be undone.

Will the NY Times run a front page correction? Will the BBC lead off their nightly newscast with a story about the deceit? How about Al Jazera?

Apparently, there has already been a 60 minutes segment on Pallywood. so maybe CBS wll be first. Never underestimate the greed of the media for sensationalism.
