So why don't people vote for him? Because he looks like an elf. No, people don't vote for him because he's a whacked-out loon (which makes him the clear choice of DUmmies everywhere).
The fact that he looks like an elf (though certainly not a Tolkeinish elf... more like a Keebler elf) just makes him easier to mock.
