Ask someone with military logistics experience to tell you how long it would take to set up what the Israeli's are currently doing. This is an operation that was planned for months ahead of time. Who knows if they are even telling the truth about being attacked and having soldiers kidnapped. Hitler did the same thing, the warrior Poles crossed the border and attacked Germany, the Germans were just responding to Polish aggression.

Given how unprepared the Arab states are for this current conflict only supports my argument.

Yeah, sure. Israel went to all of the trouble of withdrawing from Lebanon and Gaza, just to build back up again and attack those places again.

Regarding their two-month buildup, I think it is likely that they had intel that Iran and Syria were orchestrating attacks through proxies. Israel got caught by surprise once, they are not going to let that happen again.
